The FRIST DEPOSIT can ONLY be take BY E-TRANSFER at the time of placing the reservation (The first deposit is the QUARTER of the total). The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after payment but guest can find someone taken over the cottage.
The SECOND DEPOSIT can ONLY be take BY E-TRANSFER at the end of NOVEMBER (The second deposit is the SAME as the FIRST deposit). If you don’t pay on time, you will lose your first deposit and cottage.
The rest are due IN FULL ON March 30TH(BY E-TRANSFER, VISA OR MASTERCARD), if there is NO PAYMENT RECEIVED, you will LOSE the cottage and the deposit you paid will not be REFUNDED.
Rules For The CBMF Bookings
- Minimum stay is 4 nights
- NO MULTIPLE BOOKINGS! SEND AN EMAIL FOR THE RATE
- For the 2-bedroom cottage, Max stay 6 people. 2. One-bedroom cottage Max stay 4 guests. 3. EXE cottage max stay 6 people. 4. Chickadee and Robin max of 8 people. Absolutely NO exceptions.
- No refunds are offered.
- The playground will be closed on CBMF for over 18 years old.
- We do not allow tents in cars.
- All of the people need to show up when you check in.
- If rules are broken, ALL those registered to the cottage will be cleared out and no refunds.
Bus Service
Coach Atlantic Transportation Group will have buses going between Beach & Breeze Cottages and the concert site.
Every 1.5 hour and stop after everyone is back in the evening.
3 Day pass is $65.00-75.00+tax/per person
Bracelets are for sale in the office
Don’t be a Party Pooper
- We like for everyone to have a good time, but don’t annoy others.
- Have your bracelet on at all times when you are at Beach&Breeze Land. Do not sell bracelets! People without bracelets are prohibited from staying after 6PM.
- Do not drink and drive!
- Have no extreme noise in your cottage. Turn the radio down after 11:30 PM so your neighbor doesn’t have to listen to it. Turn the radio off after 12:00 AM so your neighbour have to sleep.
- Respect the property that you are on and the property of other people.
- Keep the cottages clean. Bring garbage to the bins.
- Respect others and especially respect quiet time. There are people who like to sleep after a long day at the concert.
- No public urination. Use the washroom in the cabin.
- Any drugs or recreational drugs are not permitted on this private property and will be directly removed.
- The check out time is 9:30AM. Please do the best to keep the cottage clean when you leave. All our staff will be grateful.

If any of these rules are not followed, you will be removed from your cottage and there will be no refunds.
