Booking Requirements & Policies
Deposits
A 25% deposit on all totals is taken at the time of placing the reservation,
payable by
Visa or MasterCard.
Full payment is due upon arrival.
All cancellations prior to 30 days from the arrival date are fully refunded,
minus the $50.00 cancellation processing fee.
30 -20 days prior – 25% of total price shall apply.
19 – 11 days prior – 50% of total price shall apply.
10 day full amount is charged to your Credit Card.
$50 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
No pets please, … by penalty of a minimum of $100 – $200 plus taxes per cottage and per dog.
Check in time is – 3 p.m.
Check out time is – 10 a.m.
Visitors must register on arrival in our office.
All visitors must leave the premises at 10:00 p.m.
All guests who check-in after 10.00 p.m. will be charged a fee
in the amount of $ 50.00 + tax for a late check in.

All prices are in Canadian dollars & subject to applicable taxes on total amount due.
